Terms of Service

Effective April 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of all products and services provided by AISpec Technologies ("AISpec", "we", "us") through aispec.tech, aispec.shop, and associated applications.

1. Acceptance

By using any AISpec product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Products & Services

  • StoreGuard — Shopify security monitoring app with Guardian ($29/mo) and Sentinel ($79/mo) plans, each with a 7-day free trial
  • TrendSmart — AI-powered POD design finder ($59/mo)
  • EasyFlip — Cross-platform listing automation (from $19.99/mo)
  • RaffleBattle — Raffle fraud detection (from $99/drop)
  • Bookified — AI storybook generator (from $14.99)
  • Strategy Calls — 90-minute consulting sessions ($300)
  • System Audits — Architecture review with PDF report (from $500)

3. Billing & Payments

Shopify Apps (StoreGuard):Billed through Shopify's Billing API. Subscriptions are recurring monthly charges. You can cancel anytime through your Shopify admin. The 7-day free trial begins at installation; no charge if you cancel within the trial period.

Other Products: Payments processed through Shopify Payments or Stripe via aispec.shop. All prices are in USD. Refund policy is per-product as described on each product page.

4. Permitted Use

You may use our products for lawful business purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any product
  • Use products to conduct illegal activity
  • Resell or redistribute products without written consent
  • Interfere with product operation or other users
  • Use StoreGuard to monitor stores you do not own or operate

5. StoreGuard Specific Terms

StoreGuard operates as a Shopify embedded app. It accesses your store data through Shopify's authorized OAuth flow with minimal required scopes (read_orders, read_themes, read_script_tags, read_content). StoreGuard provides security monitoring and alerting but does not guarantee prevention of all fraud or security incidents.

On uninstall, all store data is automatically deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full data handling details.

6. Intellectual Property

All products, code, designs, and content are owned by AISpec Technologies. Your purchase grants a license to use the product for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

AISpec products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

StoreGuard is a monitoring and alerting tool. It does not guarantee the prevention of fraud, data breaches, or financial losses. You remain responsible for your store's security decisions.

8. Termination

You may stop using any product at any time. For subscriptions, cancel through Shopify admin (StoreGuard) or your account settings. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AISpec Technologies operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or product dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect.
